welcome 2010

As I fill in my new 2010 calendar I look back at the journey that has lead me to event planning I am thankful for the past and optimistic about the future. One door closes and another opens. If you don't already know (from reading my store blog) I'm in the process of closing my shop and moving full speed ahead into event design and styling. It is an exciting prospect knowing the wonderful brides that have already procured my services. I look forward to theirs and many other weddings in the coming year. So to Scottee, Ashley, Julie, Sydney and Kara I say happy new year and thank you for trusting me with your vision. I feel really lucky to have such terrific brides to work with.

adventures on jekyll island part 1

In October, I had the amazing opportunity to art direct, produce and style two fantasy weddings at the Jekyll Island Club for Blue Door Photography and here are some of the results from the formal wedding. Beach wedding to follow shortly.
